Diamond Medical Maintenance, Inc. has recently acquired a new truck mount steam cleaner (HydraMaster Boxxer 421). Due to our sincere and vested interest in our clinics care, we have redefined the carpet cleaning standard at many of our clinics. The carpets we service are thoroughly cleaned with the newest technology (RX-20HERotary Extraction Tool), the most effective chemicals, and by the most qualified technicians. Our company is an IICRC certified firm with IICRC certified cleaners who are trained through stringent testing on how to accurately care for your carpets. We Clean Carpets with TACT!

  • Time (Pre- spray dwelling time, proper amount of extraction passes)
  • Agitation: (Pre-agitate with grooming rake / extraction passes)
  • Chemical Action: (Ph balanced chemicals for Pre-spray, detergent or fiber rinse).
  • Temperature: Hot water (Steam) Extraction.

Diamond Medical Maintenance, Inc. offers the highest quality floor care in the Rogue Valley. In our experience this is a hard commodity to come by. We spend the time and make the effort to deliver the best job possible. We excel at thorough floor work; baseboards, edge work, behind items (refrigerators, exam tables and chairs, etc). Many of our clinics have increased their floor restoration schedule to include top of line floor work on a monthly basis. Your patients will know you consider cleanliness a priority when they look and see that your exam room floors are bright, white, clean and shiny.

Window Cleaning

Diamond Medical Maintenance, Inc. stays on schedule with our window work. We offer thorough window cleaning at reasonable cost. Primarily, we do exterior windows during the day (this is great for your patients to see) and are able to do interior windows in the evening, usually starting when clinics wrap up for the day.

Construction Site Clean Up

Diamond Medical Maintenance, Inc. works primarily with R.A. Murphy Construction for their clean up needs. However if there is a medical establishment in need, we know how and will get the job done thoroughly. A brand new clinic deserves nothing less than to look brand new.
