Cleaning Excellence for Medical Facilities

Founded in 1996, Diamond Medical Maintenance provides professional maintenance and janitorial services.  As a progressive cleaning team,  we’re constantly seeking ways in which to either improve or extend our service to meet the satisfaction of our clients, we hope to continue making a positive impact upon the cleaning industry here in Southern Oregon for medical clinics, surgery centers and medical offices.

Diamond Medical Maintenance operates entirely in the medical field. Since we focus our efforts to include only medical clinics, surgery centers, and medical offices, we are aware of certain standards that are uniquely more stringent than in other fields. We are aware of and practice safe working habits in accord with OSHA regulations including the blood born pathogen program. We are aware of the strict need for patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. Most importantly we are aware of the expected cleaning standards, providing clean and healthy environments due to the nature of medical practices.

Technically, we started our cleaning aspirations in July of 1996 although it was not until the following summer that we decided to devote all of our resources into becoming a fully operational and competent janitorial team. During that time a good friend and business associate, had recently purchased a medical courier service, Dash Delivery. He related to me throughout the year the he found that a few office managers and clinical staff would voice their concerns about the quality of cleaning that they were receiving from their prospective contractors. He thought that our efforts might be favorably received. So we developed a brochure and sent out 150, of which only two clinics responded.

We contracted those clinics and the rest is history. Soon after we had proved that our work was credible, we were referred to a few other clinics and then our tiny business expanded to include seven clinical clients, we now have over 40 medical facilities that we service. As a progressive cleaning team,  we’re constantly seeking ways in which to either improve or extend our service to meet the satisfaction of our clients, we hope to continue making a positive impact upon the cleaning industry here in Southern Oregon for medical clinics.
